• Source and onboard business leads; hit weekly targets
• Lead negotiations with local partners
• Ensure SOPs and policies followed timely
• Represent Lalamove to local partners and promote brand
• Achieve new revenue targets; drive territory prospecting
• Work hours Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00; On-site at No.10 Pho Quang St, HCMC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• 3+ years in business development or sales (logistics/fast-paced)
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Vietnamese (written) and English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
