Customer Success Manager at Choco

📋 Description

• Manage portfolio of high-value distributor accounts post-sales
• Own customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
• Lead onboarding with trainings for seamless launch
• Spend 1–2 days on site with customers during training
• Drive ongoing product adoption and serve as primary contact
• Identify renewals, upsell, and expansion while managing churn

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years in client-facing PM, implementation, or customer success in SaaS
• Strong work ethic with drive to improve and grow
• Excellent relationship builder and clear communicator of complex tech
• Ability to quickly understand problems and implement proactive solutions
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
• Team player with a team-first mentality
• Office Tue/Wed/Thu and work-from-home Mon/Fri
