Job Description

Compensation: $1,200 USD/month

Time Commitment: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Working Hours: 8:55am–5:00pm EST (or longer as required to get the work done)

Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Location: Remote (US-based hours required)

We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations Support team member to join our existing Operations team and support the continued growth and scale of our Crisp Recruit client service offering.

This role exists for one reason: to execute recurring operational recruiting tasks with speed and precision — freeing up senior operations leadership to focus on strategic growth, systems innovation, and department expansion.

Who You Are:

  • You are highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • You execute structured tasks quickly and accurately.
  • You do not need constant direction once a process is defined.
  • You are comfortable working inside Salesforce, Google Docs, Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp, and ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse.
  • You take pride in formatting, clarity, and clean documentation.
  • You understand that speed matters — but accuracy matters more.
  • You are comfortable with repetition and consistency.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in written English.

What You’ll Do:

Recruiting Task Execution & Asset Creation

  • Create job postings based on approved intake documents.
  • Draft test assignments and structured interview questions using templates.
  • Format and assemble candidate presentation packets to be sent to clients.
  • Prepare candidate summary documents with clean, client-facing polish.
  • Send interview surveys and candidate follow-up communications.
  • Assist with sending structured recruiting emails using approved templates.
  • Maintain organized role folders in Google Drive.

Workflow & Administrative Support

  • Update candidate stages inside ATS systems as directed.
  • Ensure job materials are formatted consistently before client delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining intake documentation and structured file naming.

Quality Control & Consistency

  • Double-check formatting, grammar, and structure before documents go client-facing.
  • Maintain records inside Salesforce and ClickUp.
  • Ensure naming conventions are followed across folders and documents.
  • Maintain clean organization across shared drives.
  • Escalate discrepancies or missing information immediately.

Our Requirements Are Pretty Straightforward. To Qualify You Must:

  • 2+ years experience in operations support, recruiting coordination, administrative execution, or similar structured work
  • Strong written English — near-native fluency required
  • High comfort level with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks daily
  • Ability to follow SOPs precisely
  • Consistent internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong formatting and document presentation skills
  • Bonus:
    • Prior experience supporting recruiting teams
    • Experience working with U.S.-based companies
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar
