📋 Description

• Architect and lead scalable services, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains
• Drive company-wide initiatives to improve development workflows
• Develop unified Developer Productivity dashboard with DORA and DX Core 4 KPIs
• Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Lead system architecture decisions and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years in software engineering; last 2 as tech lead
• Strong Python, Go, C++ experience
• Unix-like environments, software and toolchains
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins; AWS/GCP; IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation
• SDLC expertise; translate goals into software requirements
