Data Enterprise MDM Architect at ShyftLabs

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise MDM strategy across domains
• Define golden record architecture, match/merge, survivorship, identity resolution
• Establish data governance, source-of-authority, stewardship processes
• Ensure trusted master data across POS, eCommerce, Mobile, CRM, Loyalty, Analytics
• Design scalable real-time and batch integration patterns (APIs, event-driven)
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Retail Systems, Analytics to enable omnichannel and 360 initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MDM, or Enterprise Data Platforms
• Proven end-to-end MDM implementations across multiple domains
• Strong expertise in identity resolution, match/merge strategies, and survivorship logic
• Experience establishing enterprise data governance and stewardship frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Reltio preferred (or Informatica, IBM, SAP MDG, etc.) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of real-time integration patterns (APIs, streaming, pub/sub)
