📋 Description

• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff; delegate daily operations.
• Drive branch goals through Banner Way Sales Management programs.
• Partner in community activities to boost visibility and new business.
• Coach sales team; conduct observations, touch bases, and skill builders.
• Perform outbound calls to prospects to understand current and future financial needs.
• Oversee consumer/business credit cards, accounts, and treasury, plus Merchant Services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of bank branch leadership and operations experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience leading a project/process/team.
• Advanced knowledge of retail products, policies, and systems.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of banking laws; travel up to 20%.
