📋 Description

• Lead client sales and service at branch locations; mentor staff.
• Grow lending pipeline by deepening relationships and sourcing referrals.
• Consult with clients on bank products to expand and retain relationships.
• Communicate proactively to educate clients, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.
• Open new accounts and process changes; respond to inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in branch lending processes by explaining options and completing loan applications.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma required; NMLS registration required.
• 4+ years banker/relationship sales experience with goals.
• Advanced knowledge of retail products, policies, and systems.
• Ability to analyze credit data; strong selling and referral skills.
• Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and related software.
