- Lead geospatial analyses like tree canopy and terrain at scale
- Design and document reproducible analytical workflows
- Connect research outputs to production data pipelines
- Build Airflow ELT pipelines; write SQL and Python pipelines
- Develop modular dbt models with semantic definitions
- Build AI agents and RAG pipelines for data access
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in CS, DS, GIS, or related field
- Available full-time for 3 months; then part-time through Sep
- Strong fundamentals in SQL and Python
- Geospatial concepts: CRS, spatial joins, indexing
- Familiar with AI agents (ReAct) and MCP/A2A protocols
- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
- Familiar with PostGIS, GeoPandas, QGIS
