Job Category
Enterprise Cross-Sell Strategy
- Develop and own the company-wide cross-sell strategy across verticals and product lines.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Define bundled offerings, packaging strategies, and value propositions.
- Establish revenue targets and success metrics for cross-sell initiatives.
- Analyze customer segmentation, buying patterns, and product penetration.
- Build business cases for new cross-sell programs.
- Track and report on cross-sell performance metrics (attach rate, penetration, LTV expansion).
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Operations.
- Drive go-to-market coordination for bundled or multi-product campaigns.
- Influence roadmap prioritization to support cross-vertical integration.
- Launch and scale cross-sell initiatives from concept to execution.
- Develop pilot programs and iterate based on results.
- Remove operational friction that limits cross-sell performance.
- Present strategy and results to executive leadership.
- Provide quarterly performance updates and opportunity forecasts.
- Make strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, product strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record driving measurable revenue expansion initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple products or business units.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- MBA preferred (not required).
