Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Executive-Facing Copywriting & Content
- Write several high-quality blogs per month for University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Translate research insights into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive audiences
- Maintain a consistent Veris Insights voice across long-form and short-form content
- Own copy for LinkedIn newsletters, paid media assets, and campaign messaging
Key Responsibilities: Organic Social & Multimedia
- Own Veris Insights’ organic social presence and editorial calendar with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Produce content for key thought leaders within the firm on a monthly basis
- Develop social copy, captions, and posting strategy aligned to brand and audience goals
- Create and manage multimedia content including graphics, short-form video, and carousels
- Track performance and report on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Asset Execution
- Execute creative and copy for paid media campaigns across channels, primarily LinkedIn Ads
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate strategy into high-performing assets
- Iterate on messaging and creative based on performance insights
Key Responsibilities: Email & Marketing Operations Support
- Format and publish HTML emails, newsletters, and campaign sends
- Own formatting and zero-defect checks of monthly newsletters
- Work within HubSpot and SendGrid to support email execution and QA
Key Responsibilities: Design & Content Formatting
- Design and format marketing and product content including decks, presentations, and event materials
- Support visual storytelling across research launches, campaigns, and member-facing content
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are executive-ready
The Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or multi-channel marketing
- Strong executive-facing writing skills with a B2B audience
- Demonstrated experience with organic social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Graphic design experience for marketing and presentation materials
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar marketing tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
The Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or B2B research-driven marketing
- Video editing or motion/short-form video experience
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
The Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Salary: $65,000-$72,500 annually, depending on experience
- Location: Remote-first within the U.S., with occasional travel to Washington, DC for in-person collaboration, team off-sites, or strategic planning
