Hybrid TAM/Solution Architect at Mattermost

Lead delivery of secure Mattermost solutions for defence, public sector, and critical infra.
Run architecture workshops with IT and security teams to translate goals into designs.
Design end-to-end, high-security architectures (on-premises & sovereign cloud) with IAM, logging, and data protection.
Manage full lifecycle from concept to pilot, production rollout, and scale-out.
Represent Mattermost in RFXs and security questionnaires; collaborate with Sales and teams.
Build partner ecosystem with hyperscalers, technology partners, and system integrators; enable with training and assets.

10+ years in international, customer-facing technical roles (Solution Architect, Pre-Sales, S.E.) in B2B software or security.
Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: Linux, networking, reverse proxies, TLS, APIs, and identity/security stacks.
Proven experience delivering high-security, business-critical solutions.
Excellent German (near-native) and English (business fluent) communication.
Experience leveraging Generative AI/LLMs to accelerate tasks.
Willing to travel in APAC; experience with RFI/RFP processes; Australian security clearance preferred.
