Job Description

📋 Description

  • Lead delivery of secure Mattermost solutions for defence, public sector, and critical infra.
  • Run architecture workshops with IT and security teams to translate goals into designs.
  • Design end-to-end, high-security architectures (on-premises & sovereign cloud) with IAM, logging, and data protection.
  • Manage full lifecycle from concept to pilot, production rollout, and scale-out.
  • Represent Mattermost in RFXs and security questionnaires; collaborate with Sales and teams.
  • Build partner ecosystem with hyperscalers, technology partners, and system integrators; enable with training and assets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in international, customer-facing technical roles (Solution Architect, Pre-Sales, S.E.) in B2B software or security.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: Linux, networking, reverse proxies, TLS, APIs, and identity/security stacks.
  • Proven experience delivering high-security, business-critical solutions.
  • Excellent German (near-native) and English (business fluent) communication.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI/LLMs to accelerate tasks.
  • Willing to travel in APAC; experience with RFI/RFP processes; Australian security clearance preferred.
