- Manage a set of customers and own retention.
- Build and develop data pipelines.
- Be the single point of contact for all technical matters.
- Drive engagement and adoption with ROI focus.
- Lead and organize quarterly business reviews.
- Identify new use cases for Hevo products within the customer base.
🎯 Requirements
- Understanding of Database Administration/Data Replication domain.
- 6+ years in ETL/ELT, Data transfer/Data warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Basic proficiency in Python or data transformation tools.
