- Own Data Foundations: canonical data models and crosswalks.
- Lead Signal & Insight Strategy: roadmap for risk models and signals.
- Strengthen Quality & Governance: define completeness and reliability.
- Advance AI & Automation: identify AI opportunities and scale.
- Productize Intelligence: turn data capabilities into features.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to embed insights into workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years PM experience in data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, or infra.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, feature generation, and data quality concepts.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, analytics, and domain experts.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.
- Bonus: healthcare, value-based care, FHIR or claims data environments.
