Head of PR & Communications (Remote Canada) at Directive

📋 Description

• Partner with MD to operate Directive's comms across PR, Influencer, and Organic Social
• Manage the division P&L, revenue targets, staffing, utilization, and margin
• Serve as senior exec sponsor on comms accounts, delivering guidance to C-suite
• Build, manage, and develop a team of communications pros via hiring and coaching
• Develop integrated B2B comms strategies across earned, shared, and owned channels
• Cultivate strong media relationships across trade, business, and tech press

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications and PR
• Experience in the B2B sector
• Agency experience a must
• Deep expertise across PR, media relations, influencer, and organic social
• Experience managing a P&L and operational health of a team or practice
• Strong media relationships and track record of coverage for B2B clients
