📋 Description
- Lead the AI Fluency & Adoption program to a multi-format learning ecosystem.
- Run live AI demos, workshops, and demonstrate real-world AI usage.
- Build AI-powered tools and experiences using Claude and other AI solutions.
- Develop AI-enabled learning tools, including IDPs and AI coaching.
- Own the Real Colors framework and weave Ripple values into programs.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and design enablement resources.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Learning & Development or enablement at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated AI practitioner experience with tools or workflows.
- Proven facilitation and coaching across executives, engineers, and global teams.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and translating findings into learning strategy.
- Comfort with data to build cases, identify gaps, and guide decisions.
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Confluence, or equivalents is a plus.
