- Lead renewal negotiations and expansion for Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with customers via emails, calls, video, and meetings.
- Map customer orgs and develop strategies to increase engagement with CS.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and identify expansion.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with internal guidance.
- Maintain Salesforce data; close renewals and expansions timely.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in Strategic Account/Account Manager role in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing named accounts, incl. Global Banks and Fortune 500
- Proven sales opportunity development and complex deal cycles
- Ability to embed into key accounts to drive expansion
- Strong relationships with senior leaders and C-level execs
- Experience using a dynamic sales tech stack
