Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master at Apply Digital

📋 Description

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple digital teams; run sprint ceremonies.
• Lead complex digital programs from initiation to delivery; manage scope and budgets.
• Guide teams in Agile and Kanban; tailor methodologies to needs.
• Define roadmaps, release plans, and capacity; identify risks and blockers.
• Liaise between technical and business stakeholders; align priorities with value.
• Oversee release processes across platforms; coordinate deployments and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years leading complex digital programs in agency/consulting.
• PM or Scrum Lead for digital initiatives; navigate complexity and high visibility.
• Able to work Pacific Time hours (9am–5pm).
• Strong Agile, Scrum, Kanban; SDLC and CI/CD; certifications a plus.
• Experience with headless/composable platforms (CommerceTools, Contentful, Talon.One, Auth0, Segment).
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Notion, Smartsheet, Google Suite.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation.
