- Manage and grow accounts within the territory.
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities to hit targets.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and upsell.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Proven Life Sciences sales/account management experience.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in CRM tools such as SFDC or HubSpot.
- Knowledge in cancer research, neuronal disorders, aging or reproductive health a plus.
- West Coast resident; understands omics user base.
