📋 Description

• Temporary, full-time leasing role for ~6 months.
• Demonstrate apartments and community to prospects; secure deposits.
• Provide on-site customer service: answer phones, greet visitors, process apps.
• Lease administration and move-in/out paperwork; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare units for showings and set up marketing collateral.
• Represent Sunrise professionally and adhere to policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years leasing experience preferred.
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with OneSite strongly preferred.
• 2 years sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software.
