• Handle inbound/outbound calls with quality customer service
• Answer 50-70 calls per 8-hour shift
• Process new and refill prescription orders
• Fax or call veterinarians for refill requests
• Check voicemail and return customer calls
• Read prescriptions and navigate internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail; veterinary a plus.
• Customer-focused with a pet-care mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain stationary.
• Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays; must love pets.
