📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and design of full-stack apps (frontend, backend, cloud).
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards, enforce code reviews.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect backend services in Python/FastAPI or Java; design APIs.
• Develop frontend with ReactJS and TypeScript; ensure performance and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering
• 8–12 years software engineering with 3+ years in tech leadership
• Python (FastAPI) or Java; ReactJS + TypeScript; REST/GraphQL; Async
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; Microservices & distributed systems; SQL/NoSQL; CI/CD
• Nice to Have: AI-driven apps; Kafka/SNS/SQS; DDD/clean architecture; IaC; performance tuning
