  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success at a high-growth startup.
  • Track record of retention and expansion.
  • Relationship builder who coaches clinicians and practice managers.
  • Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Self-starting, organized, intrinsically motivated.
  • UK/European timezone and site visits to UK customers.
