📋 Description

• Build mission-critical backend services that are scalable and resilient.
• Design, develop, and maintain Kafka Connect connectors for databases and data warehouses.
• Work with Debezium and Kafka Connect to implement CDC connectors.
• Troubleshoot issues in a deep stack of microservices, containers, and virtualization.
• Ensure operational readiness and meet availability and performance SLAs.
• A strategic engineer who constantly thinks of process and operational improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, building and scaling backend systems in production.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience deploying distributed systems with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong focus on delivery and communication.
• Experience driving operational excellence for large production services.
• BS, MS, or PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
