- Identify and close new business opportunities in Danish and Finnish mid-market
- Execute outbound sales via cold calling, emails, and social selling
- Collaborate with the Nordics Pod to deliver tailored pitches to merchants
- Guide merchants through the full sales cycle from discovery to go-live
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate leads, activities and forecasts
🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and/or Finnish with strong English
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting outbound targets and quotas
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Hunter mentality and self-motivation to build a territory
- Strong communication to translate fintech value for merchants
