📋 Description
- Process POAs, merchant terminations, chargebacks, disputes, and credits per SLA.
- Ensure documentation meets policy standards and payment network rules.
- Maintain accurate merchant account records and timely updates.
- Monitor queues daily and track tasks in Sheets and other systems.
- Collaborate with U.S. Payments Teams, underwriting, risk, and compliance to resolve issues.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years in payment operations, merchant services, or related field.
- Knowledge of payment processing: cards, ACH/EFT, chargebacks.
- Experience handling disputes, reversals, or payment exceptions.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reporting) and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL; comfortable with operational datasets.
- Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and communication.
