📋 Description

• Process POAs, merchant terminations, chargebacks, disputes, and credits per SLA.
• Ensure documentation meets policy standards and payment network rules.
• Maintain accurate merchant account records and timely updates.
• Monitor queues daily and track tasks in Sheets and other systems.
• Collaborate with U.S. Payments Teams, underwriting, risk, and compliance to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in payment operations, merchant services, or related field.
• Knowledge of payment processing: cards, ACH/EFT, chargebacks.
• Experience handling disputes, reversals, or payment exceptions.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reporting) and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL; comfortable with operational datasets.
• Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and communication.
