- Own the overall relationship and retention of strategic customers.
- Work with clients to adopt Cision/Brandwatch tech and meet objectives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, champions and sponsors.
- Document client feedback and product requests, advocate internally.
- Partner with clients to set strategic plans, goals and KPIs.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify health risks and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- Senior CS Manager/Director or equivalent experience.
- Track record in CS: satisfaction, adoption, retention.
- Build exec-level relationships strategically.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Experience with global enterprise clients across regions.
- Drive value from a SaaS product suite.
