📋 Description

  • Own the overall relationship and retention of strategic customers.
  • Work with clients to adopt Cision/Brandwatch tech and meet objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, champions and sponsors.
  • Document client feedback and product requests, advocate internally.
  • Partner with clients to set strategic plans, goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular account analysis to identify health risks and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior CS Manager/Director or equivalent experience.
  • Track record in CS: satisfaction, adoption, retention.
  • Build exec-level relationships strategically.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Experience with global enterprise clients across regions.
  • Drive value from a SaaS product suite.
