Senior Program Manager - Remote at Revance

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of skincare programs from concept to launch.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage a team of project managers and allocate resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across R&D, Regulatory, Product, Packaging, Marketing.
• Ensure regulatory alignment (FDA 510(k), OTC Monograph).
• Drive launch readiness including merchandising and displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7+ years PM experience in regulated skincare.
• Led complex development programs through regulatory milestones.
• Experience managing a team with delegation and planning.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project).
