📋 Description
- Support monthly close and financial records accuracy
- Maintain accounting and financial documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and payment records
- Monitor expenses and prepare internal summaries
- Coordinate HR administration and payroll in Poland
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance ops, or HR
- Experience with Polish accounting and HR documentation
- Experience with a Polish spółka z o.o.
- Experience with external accounting or payroll providers preferred
- Experience with NetSuite and Comarch ERP Optima preferred
- Polish and English working proficiency; Russian fluent
