📋 Description

• Lead Bankjoy's HR function across a global, distributed organization.
• Design scalable HR frameworks for performance, engagement, retention, and promotion.
• Collaborate with leaders to define clear promotion criteria and career paths.
• Build and oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance (US/Canada).
• Coach managers and strengthen leadership development across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience including leadership roles
• Experience building HR frameworks for scaling tech firms
• Strong performance management and leadership coaching
• Solid knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws
• Experience supporting distributed teams
• Fintech or SaaS experience is a nice-to-have
• Experience partnering with Recruiting and onboarding programs
• Experience scaling organizations from 50 to 150+ employees
