- Own and manage the Hammersmith office, coordinate contractors.
- Provide remote management for Germany and Ireland offices.
- Ensure spaces are safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose.
- Lead health & safety and risk assessments; policy creation.
- Oversee part-time receptionist and London office cover.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven facilities management experience in a stand-alone role.
- UK Health & Safety knowledge; IOSH or NEBOSH a plus.
- Leadership: manage and mentor a direct report.
- Strong problem-solving and handling building challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder, landlord and vendor relationship management.
- Operational rigour: audits, documentation and compliance.
