📋 Description

• Serve as the operational right hand to the Senior Director, New Business.
• Lead end-to-end pitch orchestration across Creative, Strategy & Media.
• Engineer budgets and staffing plans to keep pitches profitable.
• Develop deck strategies and Operations & Commercial sections.
• Manage cross-functional teams to hit high-stakes deadlines.
• Partner with FinOps to ensure pricing is profitable and scalable.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in an agency with integrated scoping, BD, or ops.
• Strong commercial math: margins, FTEs, utilization, overhead.
• Producer mindset to translate client objectives into delivery plans.
• APAC fluency; navigate diverse commercial landscapes.
• Track record with SVPs/C-Suite on budgets and approvals.
• Excellent stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
