• Own your domain end-to-end, driving quality, performance, and scalability
• Lead architecture decisions for platform features, from planning to production
• Build backend services with TypeScript and NestJS on Kubernetes, focusing on reliability
• Coach and mentor backend engineers across XP Platform
• Drive cross-squad initiatives with managers, product, and design leads
• Leverage in-house tools to manage the full development flow

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering, 2+ years as Tech Lead, scaling production-grade systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks, tools, and distributed architecture
• Experience leading engineers with ownership over direction and success
• Strong communication skills
• BS in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on experience
