📋 Description

• Manage Sales Escalations.
• Ensure buyers only work opportunities in the system.
• Ensure buyers upload all vendor quotes accurately.
• Ensure buyers meet SLA: respond within 24-48 hours.
• Review PPV opportunities with MI/BA before assignment.
• Ensure buyers' workload is manageable and evenly distributed.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing/procurement; 3+ years leading a team.
• Strong sourcing in electronic components (ICs, passives) or PC parts.
• Flexibility to adjust hours for global coordination.
• Experience preparing market insights for decisions.
• Proficient with standard office tools and basic analytics.
