Lab Technician at Sourceability

📋 Description

• Operate X-ray to inspect internal component structure.
• Perform XRF analysis for material composition and coating.
• Interpret inspection results and report anomalies to Supervisor.
• Conduct dimensional checks using digital measuring systems.
• Verify critical dimensions against specifications.
• Record and maintain measurement data in systems.
• Compile test data, prepare reports, and flag deviations from specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, and internal QA/QC standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum ITE or equivalent (Engineering/Electronics preferred).
• 1–3 years in a lab or electronics/semiconductor; entry-level with willingness to learn welcome.
• Basic understanding of X-ray/XRF or inspection equipment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ESD handling and packaging is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
