Sr. Solutions Engineer at Narvar

📋 Description

• Drive the technical discovery process and deliver demos.
• Develop solutions meeting business and tech needs.
• Create architecture docs, workflow diagrams, and integration plans.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs, security questionnaires, and SOWs with estimates.
• Guide technical conversations and highlight post-purchase leadership.
• Discuss data governance using order/inventory data to boost value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, migrations, API frameworks, and web tech.
• Proficiency in iPaaS, Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, Jira, WMS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and hands-on product demo experience; continuous learning.
