Job Description

📋 Description

  • Lead the SDR org through second-line leadership as it grows to ~16 SDRs
  • Architect pipeline generation across inbound/outbound with SDRs and AEs
  • Increase funnel throughput: lead → meeting → opportunity conversions
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on tooling, automation, and AI capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops/Research/Marketing to convert demand into pipeline
  • Build a scalable, data-driven revenue development engine

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years SaaS revenue experience
  • Experience managing SDR teams and developing SDR managers
  • Experience improving top-of-funnel performance
  • Strong familiarity with modern sales technology and emerging AI tools
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort with funnel metrics
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Revenue Operations
