📋 Description

• Provide legal support by researching applicable laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support legal matters across contracts, privacy, corporate, and regulatory topics.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and promote data protection best practices.
• Assist CLM by drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex agreements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on legal matters with clear stakeholder updates.
• Support corporate governance tasks and prepare Mexican entity documents.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 3+ years in a legal function within law firms, fintech, tech, or finance.
• Experience in data protection and privacy laws across jurisdictions.
• Strong corporate legal experience: governance, structuring, and commercial support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
