  • Manage 220+ client accounts post-onboarding
  • Develop strategies to increase customer value and retention
  • Build trust-based relationships to drive product adoption
  • Monitor health/usage trends to identify risks and growth
  • Support renewals and mid-contract escalations; drive expansions
  • Voice of the customer; influence product and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years professional experience; at least 2 in CS or account mgmt; SaaS preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication; convey complex info clearly
  • Experience handling high volume of customers; time management & prioritization
  • Analyze customer data and performance metrics to derive insights
  • Experience using data/tech to drive customer enablement; Salesforce, Outreach, Looker
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience
