📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to align goals and dependencies
• Develop flexible project plans with milestones and ownership
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage dependencies
• Facilitate efficient meetings and structured ceremonies for alignment
• Communicate progress, decisions, and next steps clearly
• Lead launches and readiness; ensure scope and timelines are clear

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership mindset with limited oversight
• Strong Agile/Lean with Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering managers to align goals
• Jira and Confluence proficiency for planning and tracking
• 4+ years leading cross-functional tech projects; eng/integrations a plus; PM certs preferred
