Senior RF Calibration & Lab Technician at Morse Micro

📋 Description

• Own RF lab hygiene and measurement integrity across development and validation environments
• Calibrate and maintain RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters
• Measure and characterize S-parameters (S11, S21) of cables/connectors; maintain correction data
• Establish and enforce RF handling best practices: torque wrench usage, connector care, labeling, ESD discipline
• Debug and optimize RF test setups to reduce artifacts and improve repeatability
• Manage cables/connectors/adapters/fixtures lifecycle; replace degraded interconnects before data quality is affected

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on RF experience (industry or advanced lab)
• Practical understanding of RF calibration techniques (SOLT, TRL, power calibration, etc.)
• Experience measuring and interpreting S-parameters
• Familiarity with RF connectors (SMA, MMCX, U.FL, etc.) and torque practices
• Experience troubleshooting measurement inconsistencies and identifying root causes
• Comfortable working with high-frequency PCB assemblies and RF modules
