Territory Manager (NJ, South Jersey)

📋 Description

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market entry
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the South Jersey, NJ area
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs experience a plus
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
• Travel locally with reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (4-5 days/wk)
• Energy to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
