Job Description
We’re looking for candidates with advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and the ability to communicate confidently with US-based customers. Prior experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles is preferred, especially in international environments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable handling conversations via phone, chat, and email, and able to guide customers through purchase decisions in a consultative manner. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building rapport quickly. A reliable remote setup, including stable internet and a quiet workspace, is essential. Experience with e-commerce or premium products is a plus.
