Executive Director of Tax at BridgeBio Pharma

📋 Description

• Lead global tax strategy, planning, and risk across US and international ops
• Oversee income tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax provisions
• Manage transfer pricing and international expansion tax matters
• Build and scale in-house tax function and outsourcing framework
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Credit Compliance teams
• Advise leadership on tax implications of major initiatives (acquisitions, restructurings)

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years progressive tax experience (Big Four + in-house)
• CPA, JD, or MST required
• Deep US federal/state tax, ASC 740, transfer pricing, and international tax knowledge
• Biotech/pharma or life sciences tax experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading global tax matters and building scalable processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication
