- 4+ years of technical recruiting in fast-growth environments for engineering, product, and security roles
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other recruiting tools
- Data-driven; metrics guide hiring decisions
- Strong relationship building with hiring managers and candidates
- Action-oriented with urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Candidate-obsessed; delivering outstanding candidate experiences
