Customer Success Manager - Clinical Operations at Veeva

📋 Description
- Support 4-6 large global customers post-implementation with Veeva apps
- Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer app owners
- Liaise with strategy, sales, product and services to address needs
- Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and value
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and create a roadmap
- Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Clinical Operations within life sciences
- Experience with large pharma companies or CROs
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience managing relationships with key decision makers
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Legally authorized to work in Europe; visa sponsorship not anticipated
