📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Muon Halo platform.
• Define requirements across hardware, software, and operations.
• Drive architecture decisions for reusability, interoperability, and scalability.
• Define acceptance criteria and traceability from needs to delivery.
• Own configuration control and change management for platform areas.
• Scale the PM function with cross-functional leadership and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Space systems engineering: subsystems, ground ops, lifecycle.
• Owns hardware and software product delivery.
• Experience in mission-critical, systems-integrated environments with traceability and change control.
• Strong instincts for product strategy; first-principles reasoning.
• Influencing without authority across engineering, BD, and ops.
