📋 Description

• Own client outcomes for rebate programs; primary contact for accounts.
• Apply deep rebating and claims expertise; guide contract decisions.
• Translate business terms into clear guidance for analysts and engineers.
• Standardize and automate intake, setup, validation, and reporting.
• Manage work through triaging, delegation, and defined roles.
• Drive continuous improvement with product and engineering context.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product/project or account mgmt for SaaS/data products; PBM preferred.
• Rebate operations expertise across rebate reports and payments.
• Adjudication workflows; NCPDP D.0/Telecom; X12 (837); 340B.
• Drug pricing knowledge: WAC, AWP, ASP, rebates, admin fees.
• Large healthcare datasets; advanced Excel; Agile/Jira/Confluence.
• Translate across teams; mentor analysts; implement QA controls.
