📋 Description

• Support bidding by developing cost estimates for projects.
• Coordinate estimates with the capture team and management.
• Prepare detailed estimates using HCSS and related docs.
• Assess risks based on proposal docs and site constraints.
• Coordinate quantity takeoffs from plans with the team.
• Review drawings/specs and clarify bid items before submission.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction field.
• Eight+ years of heavy-civil estimating experience.
• Scheduling software: Primavera or MS Project.
• Estimating software: Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS, or similar.
• Quantity takeoff software: Agtek or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work.
