📋 Description
- Own the recruiting process from Interview to Offer, including resume reviews and scheduling.
- Help ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across business units, focusing on ECM.
- Consult with leaders to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or mix) in financial or professional services
- Experience supporting diverse role types, including early‑career and professional level hiring
- Experience navigating and using an Application Tracking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, especially for seasonal hiring cycles
