📋 Description

  • Own the recruiting process from Interview to Offer, including resume reviews and scheduling.
  • Help ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across business units, focusing on ECM.
  • Consult with leaders to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders to ensure alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or mix) in financial or professional services
  • Experience supporting diverse role types, including early‑career and professional level hiring
  • Experience navigating and using an Application Tracking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, especially for seasonal hiring cycles
