- Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, setting direction, priorities.
- Translate executive direction into weekly actionable priorities.
- Foster accountability as the baseline; drive excellence.
- Invest in growth of Associate Directors and identify upcoming leaders.
- Stay close to accounts; leverage Stratos sentiment analysis.
- Establish proactive communication and early issue escalation.
- Ensure client engagements reflect Directive's methodology: LTV:CAC, DiscoverabilityOS, Share of SERP, Content.
- Own client-facing work quality; build QA cadence for consistency.
- Hire for the ceiling; build strong candidate pipelines.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in paid media; Director/Associate Director at a B2B or SaaS agency.
- Proven track record coaching ASDs and leading a high-performing team.
- Deep fluency in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn); programmatic a plus.
- Mastery of B2B metrics: LTV:CAC modeling, attribution, SQL-focused goal setting.
- Operational instincts; built systems and moved fast.
- P&L awareness; margin-driven staffing decisions.
- A genuine drive to stay ahead of performance marketing, including AI and automation.
